First, "Peel ‘reality.’" What I’m saying here is that reality isn’t as solid as it looks. It’s like an onion—full of layers. If you start peeling it away, you’ll see that what we think of as “real” is actually made up of all sorts of illusions, stories, and beliefs.
Then, "Layers? Illusion confetti." These layers? They’re like confetti—little fragments of illusion. They might look colorful and fun on the surface, but they’re not the full picture. They’re temporary, scattered, and easily blown away once you start looking deeper.
Next, "At the core? You. The cosmos. Same ingredient list." When you peel back all those layers of illusion, what you’re left with at the center is something truly powerful: you. And not just you—you're the cosmos too. At the deepest level, you and the universe are made of the same stuff, the same energy, the same fundamental essence. You’re not separate from the stars, the galaxies, or anything in between. You’re all part of the same beautiful design.
So, the whole point is this: don’t get too caught up in the distractions or the surface-level stuff that life throws at you. If you look deeper, you’ll see that you’re not just a part of reality—you are reality at your core.
