So first up, "They drowned in noise—endless streams of empty words." I’m talking about how we’re just buried in nonstop chatter all the time. News, ads, social media, gossip—just words, words, words, everywhere. And most of it? It’s not deep; it’s not real. It's just noise. And after a while, it feels like you're not even standing on solid ground anymore—you're sinking in it.
Then, "Information without meaning, like ash in the wind." This is about how, even though there’s tons of information out there, most of it doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t nourish you. It’s not helping you grow or understand life any better. It’s like ash—burned up, weightless, blowing around everywhere but not building anything real. It just floats by and disappears.
Next, "Deafened by chatter, they forgot how to listen…" The noise gets so loud that after a while, people don’t even know how to truly listen anymore. Like, not just to each other, but to silence, to their own instincts, to deeper truths. It’s like we’ve gotten so used to constant noise that real listening feels weird or uncomfortable now.
And finally, "even to their own hearts." This is where it really hits. Because it’s not just about missing out on outside wisdom—it's about losing connection with yourself. With what you really feel, what you really want, what your soul is trying to tell you. That voice gets drowned out, too, under all the shouting and scrolling and distractions.
So yeah, it’s basically me saying: the world’s gotten so noisy that we’re forgetting how to be quiet enough to hear anything real—including the most important messages that come from inside ourselves.
